Jessica has spent more than 23 years helping small businesses bring their records into order and approach tax season with a clearer picture of where they stand.
She started Books by Jessica after seeing how often self-employed people and direct sellers were running real businesses while the financial side got pushed to the end of the list. Her approach is practical: start with the records you have, understand what needs attention, and make the next step manageable.
Jessica also became a direct seller herself in 2015. That firsthand perspective helps her understand the mix of sales, commissions, products, expenses, and everyday life that can make these records difficult to keep up with.
